Refund & Exchange Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") seeks to outline the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds for purchases made on our nursing-themed e-commerce website. By making a purchase, you ("Customer") agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy applies to all products sold by Pre-RN Check Off, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or “We.”
 
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchange
  1. Unused and Undamaged Products: Refunds will only be accepted for unused and undamaged products purchased from the Pre-RN Check Off website. All items or products purchased should be in their original condition at the time of purchase. ALL tags, cards, labels, and product packaging must be intact.
  2. Timely Refund Requests: Orders that are canceled within 24 hours after a purchase can be fully refunded. Note, the order can only be canceled or refunded if it is canceled prior to shipping the item/items. You are allowed a 15-day window starting from the delivery date to initiate the return or exchange process for the product(s) purchased.
  3. Exchange: Our exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction and hassle-free transactions on our nursing e-commerce website. We understand that preferences may vary, and we want to provide you with the best experience possible. Therefore, we offer a straightforward exchange process for any product(s) purchased. If you find that the item you received does not meet your expectations (and is not a part of the non-refundable list), you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. We strive to make exchanges as convenient as possible. Our goal is to help you find the perfect nursing product that meets your needs, and we are committed to assisting you every step of the way.
 
Refund Process
Refunding an item will involve the following processes below.
  • Contacting the Seller: To request a refund, you must contact Pre-RN Check Off customer support agent via email or through the contact section displayed on the Pre-RN Check Off website. The following information must be included: reason for refund, the order number and supporting documentation that may include videos or photographs of the item/product purchased.

  • Seller's Evaluation:  After the refund request is received via email or the contact section of the website, we will assess the details and determine whether or not the criteria for a refund is met. We, the seller, may request additional information or clarification where necessary if the information is unclear or contains missing information.

  • Refund Approval or Denial: We, the seller, will inform the customer about the status of the refund within 5 working days via email. If the refund is approved by us, instructions will be provided to the customer regarding returning of the product/items.
 
Return Shipping
  • Customer's Responsibility: Once a refund is approved by us, you, the customer, will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return the item/ product(s) to us, unless otherwise stated by us.
  • Proper Packaging: All items that are returned to us must be in good condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during the shipping process. The customer will be responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging. 
  
Refund Options
We kindly advise customers to retain their proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back their returns, as we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during transit.
All returned merchandise should be sent to Pre-RN Check Off 3515 Mt Diablo Blvd Unit #50 Lafayette, Ca 94549.

a. Refund Methods: All approved refunds will be processed by us using the original payment method used for purchasing the item/product(s) ordered, unless otherwise agreed upon by Pre-RN Check Off and you, the customer.
 
Refunds may be issued as:

i. Full Refund: This entails the total cost for the product/item(s) purchased which will include applicable taxes. Pre-RN Check Off covers shipping costs for all our products. However, if the customer initiates the return, they will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses.
ii. Partial Refund: This particular refund policy involves the implementation of a partial refund in cases where either a portion of the order is returned or if the product/item(s) do not meet the criteria of being in their original condition.

b. Refund Timing:  The Pre-RN Check Off team will endeavor to process refunds in a timely manner upon receiving the returned item/product(s). Your refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account depending on your payment method, bank and credit or debit card issuer. 
 
Non-Refundable Items
The following items below are deemed non-refundable by Pre-RN Check Off and are “final sale” and cannot be exchanged.
 
  • Congratulation cards & pillows
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products/items purchased during special promotional events, clearance sales, or discount codes used.
  • Damaged or defective products (in transit)
  • Crochet bag
 
a. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products: If you, the customer, receives a damaged or defective product/item, please contact us immediately as well as provide relevant details and evidence (videos/pictures).

b. Replacement or Refund: All refund or replacement requests will be thoroughly processed individually. We may offer a replacement or grant a refund depending on the situation. Note, if you purchase an item/product and need a refund, kindly submit the request to us via email support@pre-rncheckoff.com within two weeks from the date of purchase. No refund will be given outside the stipulated time.
 
Changes to the Refund Policy
Pre-RN Check Off reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our company’s website. The customer is therefore advised to periodically review our policy.
