1. What happens when my credit card declines?
You can use a different card and email us at support@pre-rncheckoff.com if you are not able to use a new card.
2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, google pay, and PayPal payments. 

3. How long will it take to receive my orders?
You will receive a tracking number after placing your order.

4. Are the items refundable?

5. Can I personalize my congratulation cards, plates, and gift bag myself to see how it would look? 
No. The personalized name on the cards, plates, and gift bag is how it would look, except it would have your name.

6. Are you shipping products outside of the United States?

No, you only pay for the taxes, we will pay for shipping.
8.  Do you offer digital gift cards?
Yes! We only offer eGIFT cards, which are available for online purchases in our Pre-RN Check Off Store.

There is a video at the very bottom of this FAQ page that will explain all about the mobile app.

2. Can I download the mobile app from Apple or Google play store?
Yes, the app is available in Apple and Google Play stores.

3. Is there a fee to download the App?

No, it is free to download, but there is an in-app purchase fee of $5.99 monthly or $49.99 per year for Google, and Apple has ChatGPT incorporated $9.99 monthly and $82.99 a year.

 4. Can I use the AI Chat feature powered by ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 outside of nursing or healthcare? 

No, ChatGPT Turbo 3.5's (AI Chat) has been integrated into the Apple app, and it will only provide specific answers to Nursing, Healthcare, and Science-related information.

 5. Why don't Android phones have ChatGPT? 

ChatGPT is only available for Apple phones, but it will soon be available on Android starting in January 2024.
